Join Dr. Amos Otedo in the Globe Lounge in Simmons Hall for a brief info session and discussion regarding the nonprofit that he founded in Kenya, Impact Kenya Initiative. Dr. Otedo is a gastroenterologist and is currently in the US to develop the strategic plan of IKI, to connect with supporters, and to raise awareness of the mission of IKI. His organization aims to eradicate poverty in 5 counties of Western Kenya through education, health, and community development initiatives. This event is being co-hosted by the PLA, SHC and the Globe. Light refreshments will be provided. Please direct any questions to Marcy Herr.
